1. Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds on products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on our website.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within [7] days of receiving the product.
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We recommend to capture video & pics of unboxing of give aways, so in case of any defects or damages, same can be shared as proof.
2. How to Request a Refund
Refund option is available only for personal orders, It not applicable for New Joinee Kit. For refund of personal orders, kindly login to your account - Go to my orders - In orders, click on refund option of required order. We will receive your request for refund.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive refund request, your give away will be picked up by our courier partner within 7 days. Once we receive courier, your amount will be credited in your account within 7 days, from which payment was made by you.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
-Products that have been personalised or customised. -Gift cards or vouchers.
-Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales. -Food Products or perishable products.
5. Shipping & Pickup Costs
Shipping & pickup costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping & pickup will be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Cancelled Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, login to your account - Go to your orders – Click on Cancel order. You have to cancel order within 5 Hours from time of ordering.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
